Essential Elements for Physical Health

Although the topic of the present Article is Rasahar, it would not be irrelevant to discuss some essential elements of food here. To keep the body functioning and healthy, we consume food. Therefore, after acquiring knowledge about the essential elements of food, a person can choose a suitable diet. Every person wants to consume such a diet.Do whatever suits him and keep him healthy.  If we have the knowledge that the deficiency of certain elements causes diseases in the body, then surely we will never consume such unnecessary food.  We should develop this kind of understanding towards diet and food items.

In general, to keep the body healthy and functioning and to make life happy, a person should include the following elements in his daily diet.
(1) Carbohydrate substances: The main function of carbohydrate substances is to provide heat to the body and supply the power to do work.  Carbohydrates consist of sugars and starches.  This element is found in all types of grains.  This element is also found in non-bran flour, polished rice, white sugar etc., but due to the process on them, most of their vitamins and minerals are destroyed.  Apart from this, they also do not contain fibers.  Carbohydrated substances taken unnaturally and in excess quantity impair digestion and cause unnecessary burden on other organs of the body.  Therefore, we should try to reduce the amount of processed foods from our diet, except for those that contain naturally occurring carbohydrates.
(2) Fatty substances: By consuming fatty substances, the body gets heat.  Vegetable fats (oilseeds, edible oils, etc.) are more digestible and less harmful than animal fats (milk, ghee, meat).  Saturated fatty acids are found in the fat obtained through animals, due to which cholesterol accumulates in the blood vessels of the body.  Due to this the blood vessels become hard and narrow.  Because of this, diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease etc. take their roots.  Therefore, it is preferable to consume a diet made of low-fat oils.

(3) Protein: We should give an important place to protein in our diet.  The growth, development and reconstruction of the body takes place only from protein.  Twenty-two types of amino acids are essential for the body.  All these acids are found in proteins.  Some amino acids are made in the body itself.  We must get the remaining amino acids through food.  The best protein we can get from the balanced use of pulses.

(4) Importance of vitamins: The word vitamin is derived from the word 'vital', which means essential element for health.  Before this century no one even knew the name of the living creatures.  At that time, scientists believed that if the diet contains sufficient amount of protein, carbohydrate, fat and alkali, then the body does not need any other nutrients.  After this, some mice were tested.  Rats were given pure protein, sugar etc. foods to eat.  This stopped his development within a few days.  His body gradually started deteriorating and in the end he died.  This led to the fact that apart from the above mentioned elements, some other elements are also essential for life.  Later when these elements were invented, they were named 'Vitamins'.  So far 'A', 'B', 'C', 'D', 'E', 'K' and 'P' have been discovered.

Probiotics are such organic elements, which are necessary in small amounts for the metabolic process going on in the body.  The body itself cannot manufacture these elements.  Here is a brief description of the organisms.

Organism 'A'-retinal is an anti-xeropthalmicVitamin.

The form of survivor 'A' can only be obtained from animals.

It is available in abundance in plants in the form of its former form.

It's useful for the body in many ways.(1) It is necessary for the process of metabolism going on in every cell of the body.  (2) It is needed for the development of the body.  It has been observed that by increasing the amount of probiotic 'A' in the diet of rats, they live longer.  (3) It is very much needed to increase the light of the eyes.  Deficiency of Prajivak 'A' causes night blindness.  (4) Deficiency of this Prajivak causes skin diseases, toothache, burning of the mucous membrane, weight loss and stones etc.  (5) Absence of this Prajivak causes swelling in the body, increase of uric acid in the blood, pandurog, infection of respiratory system and diseases of ear, nose etc.  Sufficient amount of organism 'A' is found in green leafy greens and other vegetables, cabbage, carrots, red-yellow ripe fruits.  It dissolves in organic fat.

Prajivak 'D': Some substances have the properties of preventing the disease called 'rickets' in children.  These substances, which resemble the secretion of the adrenal cortex, are called 'sterols'.  When some of these substances come in contact with ultra-violet rays, then the organism 'D' is born out of them.

Prazivak K : Necessary for the production of Prothrombin in the liver of Prajivaka.  An element called prothrombin is essential for clotting of blood.  Prajivak 'K' also dissolves in fat.  It dissolves in very little amount in water.  In 'Prajivak', it is found in fresh greens with dark green leaves.  Apart from this, friendly bacteria located in the intestines also produce it.  In the absence of 'Prajivak', the blood does not coagulate, so the body continues to bleed spontaneously.

Antibiotic 'C' (Ascorbic Acid): Ascorbic acid is a type of sugar.  It is very useful for the body.  This leads to attainment of both youth and efficiency.  It is essential for maintaining healthy teeth, bones and gums.  It strengthens the blood vessels, stops the internal bleeding of the body and helps in quick wound healing.  It is also necessary for the metabolism of blood in the body.  Therefore, it proves to be very useful in Prajivak Pandurog.

Scurvy is caused by the deficiency of this organisms.
Problems like teeth and gums, bleeding, lack of bone density, weight loss, and sterility also arise due to its deficiency.
The organisms can be found from greens with sour-sweet fruits and green leaves.
It is found in potatoes in small quantities.
A lot of the organisms 'C' is obtained from potatoes since they are used in large quantities.

vitalizer'B':It is a group of organisms.
thiamine, riboflavin, pyridoxine, phthalate and B12 are included.
Colin, pantothenic acid, biotin, inacetal, PABA, panmic acid and amygdalin are some of the things. Information about their usefulness is not yet available.

The organisms of 'B' group are also very useful for the body.  These are water soluble organisms.  efficient.

Prajivak 'B' is also known as Thiamine.

It works to increase appetite and keep the brain healthy.

It's important for the metabolism and digestion of food.

According to research, an increase in pyruvic acid in the blood reduces the efficiency of the heart.

The yellow paw is caused by deficiency of this probiotic.

Fruits and vegetables, yeast, sprouted wheat, hand-crushed rice, milk and green leafy greens are available.

Green vegetables or rice can be cooked openly.

Regenerative 'B2' (Riboflavin): This enzyme is also essential for the metabolism in cells physical growth, health, development of immunity and The Prajivak is important for longevity It doesn't allow old age to come early The nerves are strengthened due to this It can be found in water in very small amounts Light destroyed it.

Nicotinic acid and nicotinamide are derivatives of niacin.

Good appetite and mental health can be aided by this enzyme.

The organisms are found in cereals, milk, yeast and potatoes.

Nicotinic acid and nicotinamide are derivatives of niacin Good appetite and mental health can be aided by this enzyme The organisms are found in cereals, milk, yeast and potatoes Niacin will not be available if the bran is removed from the bran flour The amount of Prajivak in the body is less It causes diseases like insomnia, headaches and skin diseases.

Organism 'B6' (Pyridoxine):
It is made up of three elements.
It is an essential part of the metabolism of proteins it is found in the milk, greens and cereals  it can lead to problems of the skin, blood vessels, and nervous system.

Organism 'B12': Deficiency of this activator affects the production of DNA, a very important element of the body cells.  Due to its deficiency, deformities of spinal cord and senility arise in the spine.

Pholate: Greenleafy greens are where this organism is found.  Pandurogand digestive system diseases are caused by deficiency of this Prajivak. The organisms of the 'B' group are more effective together.
When exposed to heat for a long time, they get destroyed. They are reduced by using soda while cooking.
