Modern medical science also recommends limited use of     sugar for physical health. Ancient medical systems like         Ayurveda and Naturopathy do not even recommend the use of sugar in the diet. Innocent substances like honey and        fruits can be used in place of sugar.Molasses is made from sugar cane juice. White sugar is also made from sugarcane juice by modern process. From nutritional point of view,                                     sugarcane juice is more useful for health than jaggery. But                                 sugar is absolutely useless from the point of view of nutrition.

There was also a state of good health of our ancestors that they did not use sugar in their daily diet.Despite this, they were healthy and powerful because the required sugars were obtained from raw food vegetables and fruits.

As a result, the heart becomes weak due to fatigue. Sometimes that even stops working.Thus excessive use of sugar has adverse effects on health.  Not only this, due to this, disturbances arise in the smooth functioning of physical and mental activities.Due to this, various diseases are born.  This is the reason why sugar is called sweet poison.
